Resolved Question: Our pets are disappearing!?!?!?!?!?
We live about 45 minutes outside of Orlando, FL. We live on 12 1/2 acres, which I guess you can call it a “farm”. We have pigs, horses, cats, dogs, and even peacocks! We have 4 different houses on the same property so people call us a “family compound”. We have LOTS of pets. A LOT of cats (ALL FIXED!) We keep quite a few barn cats & outdoor cats to keep out the rats & small rodents. They are all very friendly & loveable & VERY WELL taken care of. So please, no rude comments about having outdoor cats.
The problem is coming in when about 3 months ago one of our cats dissappeared. We live surrounded by woods, so we figured maybe she just got lost, and would return. She never did 
Then about a month ago we lost another one of our cats. And now last week we lost 2 kittens! That’s 4 cats in 3 months! We’ve lived here almost 4 years and have NEVER lost any! What could be taking them? They aren’t sick as they are all up to date on all shots & taken to the vet & cared for very well. None were sick!
My grandmother walked outside her house the other morning at about 6am and heard this growling/howling noise. Which she called “eerie & chilling”. She quickly ran back inside needless to say, LOL. Could we have a coyote or some animal attacking our cats? We haven’t seen anything or heard any animals in distress. So it’s kind of weird that they are just dissappearing. Any ideas what it could be? I mentioned where we live cause i have no idea what wild animals live in central florida area that could be causing this. Other than Alligators, lol. but we don’t live anywhere near a lake or pond.
Resolved Question: how do I put a lien on a property in Florida?
I am owed a lump sum of money upon the sale of a few properties in FL; however, unless I have a lien on them there is no way to enforce it unless I can catch the sale in the process or go after the money after the sale. Does anyone know the process in Lake Co. FL?
